みなさんこんにちは。
今日もウクライナ情勢についてお伝えします。
ウクライナ情勢について知ることは、
東欧の経済情勢を知る上で重要です。
ロシア、ウクライナ戦争は、
ヨーロッパのインフレや景気に
影響を与えています。
その例として、北欧の国々では
今後深刻な不景気が来ることが確実視されています。
例えば、ノルウェーの経済成長は
マイナスに転じると見込まれています。
また、スウェーデンでは
今後住宅価格は暴落すると思われます。
以前は地図で紹介していたかたが
いらっしゃいましたが、現在休止気味ですので、
本家が戻ってくるまでは、簡単ですが、
日頃調べていることをお伝えします。
■まずは全般的な事柄です。
ウクライナ軍参謀本部によると、
昨日11月9日のロシア軍の損失は
兵士780名
戦車15両
装甲輸送車12両
砲11門
多連装ロケット2両
対空戦闘システム2機
UAV7機
その他車両11両となっています。
次に、ロシア軍は、ドニエプル川西岸から
撤退するよう命じたとの報道があります。
詳しくは地域別戦況でお伝えします。
同日、ヘルソン州のキリル・ストレムソフ占領副長官が
ヘルソン近くのノバカホフカの南で自動車事故で死亡しました。
偶然の一致かどうかはわかりません。
最後に気になるお知らせです。
アメリカ中間選挙で共和党が勢力を拡大しています。
民主党はロシア強硬派が多いとされていますが、
共和党はそうではありません。
トランプ元大統領にもロシア疑惑がありましたが、
もともと共和党は、ロシアと親和的な人も多いとされています。
共和党が議会で勢力を伸ばすと、
これまでのようなウクライナ支援が
行われなくなることも考えられます。
そしてヨーロッパも不景気が予想されます。
また、エネルギーも不足気味とされています。
冬が近づくと、
自分たちのところを何とかするのが
先であるという主張が強くなることもあるでしょう。
ヨーロッパもウクライナ支援に消極的になる可能性も考えられます。
今後どのようになるかは注目することが必要です。
■それでは、各地域の戦況です。
●ウクライナ北東部 ハルキウ州方面
スバトボ、クレミンナ間の高速道路とピロホリフカの間で
戦闘が続いています。
この間では、ロシア軍とウクライナ軍の双方が、
相手の地上攻撃を撃退したと主張しあっています。
ロシア軍は、
スバトボの北西のクミゼフカへのウクライナ軍の攻撃、
スバトボの南のマイイウカのウクライナ軍の攻撃を
撃退したと主張しています。
ウクライナ軍は
ルハンスク週のカディイフカにの学校に対し
HIMARSにより攻撃をしました。
ロシア軍はこの学校を
後方基地として利用していた可能性が高いとされています。
ウクライナ側のルハンシク州の知事は、
ロシア軍がルハンスク州のランダムな地域で地面を掘り、
トラックを埋めて弾薬を保管し始めたと報告しています。
●ウクライナ東部 アルチェモフスク（バフムト）方面
ウクライナ参謀本部によると、ウクライナ軍は、

に対するロシア軍の攻撃を撃退しました。
バフムトのすぐ南のイバンヘラドでは、
ウクライナ軍がロシア軍の陣地に

●ウクライナ南東部 ドネツク州
・ドネツク北部
両軍は、アウディーイユカからドネツクの間で
攻撃を行っています。
ウクライナ軍は、

また、ロシア軍は、

マリンカ
で攻撃を行っています。
このあたりは情勢が流動的となっています。
・ドネツク南西部
ウクライナ軍は
ノボミカイリフカ
パブリフカ
でロシア軍の攻撃を撃退しました。
ロシア軍は、マリウポリ郊外に
ドラゴンの歯を設置し、地雷を設置しました。
ここまで来ることを想定しているのでしょうか？
ドラゴンの歯とは、
写真のようなコンクリートの構造物で、
戦車が通れないように設置するものです。
●ウクライナ南部 ザボリージャ州
特にこの方面で報告することはありません。
●ウクライナ南部 ヘルソン州
ロシア軍が、
ドニエプル川西岸から東岸に撤退するよう命令したと
報道されています。
ウクライナ軍の参謀本部は
これに対して公式の反応はありません。
ウクライナ大統領府顧問のミハイロ・ポドリャクは、
ロシアのヘルソン退却を額面通りに受け取るべきかどうか
注意すべきと言いました。
ドニエプル川の橋はすべて壊された中で、
ロシア軍が退却できるのかどうか、
ウクライナは撤退するロシア軍を
どの程度追撃するのかどうか注目です。

ムコラーイウ州とヘルソン州の境界付近で
攻撃を行ないました。
ここでも情勢はウクライナ軍に有利に運んでいます。
