幼い頃

屈託のない笑顔が弾ける幼い頃の自分が、写真の中で輝いている。迷いや辛さは微塵もなく、疑うことの余地さえない。「生まれてきて、遊べて、楽しい」と聞こえてくる...  希望と勇気が湧き上がる。

まだ何かできるかもしれない。もう一度、自分を大切にこの瞬間を生きていこう。

Childhood days

My younger self, with a carefree smile, shines brightly in the photograph. There isn’t a trace of doubt or hardship, not even a hint of skepticism. I can almost hear the words, “I was born, I can play, and it’s fun.” Hope and courage well up inside me.

Maybe there is still something I can do. Let’s cherish ourselves once more and live in this moment.
