I succeeded in making a carrot cake 🐰🥕

I added a little too much baking powder and it puffed up too much lol

Hey Guys! 
Yesterday, I tried to make a carrot cake by myself at home (with a little help from my mother).

I refered to Kurashiru which is a Japanese recipe cite. It is bery useful, so everyone can make your food well even I also could!

Today, I introduce the good recipe for you!


◉Ingredients you have to bring
(A)Salada Oil :90g  ←I was astonished and suspicious of the heavy amount!
(A)Egg : 2
(A)Cane sugar :80g
(A)Milk :50ml

(B)Cake Flour : 140g
(B)Baking Powder : 5g
(B) Cinamon Powder : 1 Teaspoon
(B)Grated Ginger: 1 Teaspoon
(B) Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon

・Carrots: 100g
・Raisins: 50g
--------------------------
(C) Cream Cheese : 200g
(C) Sugar : 40g
(C) Milk : 1 Tablespoon

◉Prepartation
・You have to bring cream cheese to room temperature.
・You also have to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

◉Procedures
1. Cut the carrots into strips.
2.  Put (A) in a bowl and mix well until everything is mixed.
3. Add (B) to Step 2 and mix again.
4. Add the shredded carrots ans raisins to Step 3 and mix until it becomes sticky.
5. Spread a cooking sheet on the mold, put Step 4 in it, and bake in an oven at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
6. In the meantime, mix (C) to make cream cheese frosting.
7. When step 5 is baked, remove the heat, cover with frosting and chill in the refrigerator to complete.

It takes about 1-2 hours to finish!
I added cinamon and five-spice powder much, so it smells good and spicy :)
Let's try it!

I gave this cake for me, my parents and my grrandparents and all of them got glad. Tasty food makes people happy.

I will try other recipes in the future and I will give them to another person :)
