レア行為「息切れしない程度に走る」

職場はビルの３階にある。階段は20 段くらいある。走って登ることを習慣にしている。運動らしきことはそれしかない。足腰の劣化をその程度で防止したいと思う。昨日の昼過ぎに久しぶりに走る機会があった。積極的に走ったわけではなかった。
