上にいる者が下にいる者を見下す。これは組織の中にいると誰しも意識するタイミングがある。敏感になりすぎるのも良くない。忙しさのあまりにも気づかないかもしれない。または鈍感なのかもしれない。しかしそれは肝心な場面で必ず露呈する。
