リモート「ワークが向く向かないの話」

満員電車に揺られて通勤するために朝早く起きてメイクして朝ごはんはコンビニで済ませる。そんなOLさんの愚痴が英語の模試の問題に出ていた。結論を言うとリモートがいいらしい。
A certain female employee complained that she must become awake early in the morning, put on makeups, purchase breakfast at the convenience store and board on the crowded train to commute to the company.
This is a part of the simulation entrance examination.
In conclusion, she prefers working at home absolutely.

電車通勤は時間の無駄だし休憩時間もリラックスできないし昼ごはんもコンビニだから健康に悪いし人間関係も面倒だし。こんなにも愚痴がよく続くな。それを模試に出す塾もどうなの。
To commute to work by train might be waste of time, she cannot feel relaxed during the break, eating lunch at the convenience store seems to be negative in the nutritious viewpoint and she might find it burdensome to make a superficial human relationship with other coworkers.
These are the parts of her complaints in the simulation entrance examination, which seems to be inappropriate for numerous examinees in the middle of the season.

リモートワークは朝の無駄な時間がないし休憩時間も軽い運動ができるしご飯は自分で料理するからコストも栄養もいい。お互いの進捗状況はメールで確認する。時間のロスが少ないと。
When she is engaged in the remote work at home, she doesn’t have to spend much wasted time in the morning, she does moderate exercises during the break and she could have something positive to eat in the nutritious and economic viewpoint because she buys ingredients and cooks on her own at home, at the same time, several employees are able to confirm each other’s progresses through their emails, which saves them wasted hours.

人と関わる中で仕事をする喜びはリモートにはない。ただ効率はいい。だが仲良しさんとおしゃべりする時間はない。どちらに適正があるのかは個人の資質による。と模試に出題された。
When we work on something vital with our colleagues, we could enjoy our friendly and productive relationships.
Our remote work at home lacks these advantages, but we could efficiently become profitable, although we don’t have any opportunities to enjoy a friendly conversation.
Whether we are appropriate for the remote work at home or not actually depends on the individuals’ personalities.
