先日、人生で初めて写経をしました。薄く書いてある漢字を上からなぞるだけの簡単バージョンでしたが、とても有り難い言葉を頂いた気持ちになりました。心も体も健康が一番ですね。

I made a sutra copy challenge for the first time in my life at a temple. I traced the thinly written characters with a brush from above. Although it was simple, I felt so interesting. May physical and mental health be clean.
