【オススメ図書⑧】Very Short Introductionsで学ぼう第3回： ～私のおすすめVSI（新入生のみなさんへ） ～

こんにちは！名古屋大学附属図書館サポートデスクの院生スタッフです。

2018年から定期的に開催している展示企画『Very Short Introductionsで学ぼう』。

毎回スタッフごとにテーマをかえて選書し、紹介文を作成しています。多言語スタッフで構成されているサポートデスクの特徴を生かした人気の企画です。

今回の記事では、2022年春の展示で新入生のためにサポートスタッフが選んだ本を日本語と英語で紹介します。

この本は医学をこれから学ぼうとする方々、医師、看護師、保健医療に携わる保健医療専門職など医療の仕事に従事する方々にとって、睡眠に関する基礎知識を一通り知るうえでは最適の入門書です。
