At first, Ms.OMOTO saw that Ms.YAE NIIJIMA sat down, and she was trying to drink a flat cup of tea Victorian style. 

　お元さんは、新島八重さんが着席されたのを確かめてから、ヴィクトリア朝装飾の平たいティーカップを、口元へ運びました。

She enjoyed tasting slowly with a smile. 
And, step by step, she deliberately began talking about the details of a plan. 

　ひと口ゆっくりと味わって微笑み、おもむろに詳細説明を始めます。

”In these 3 weeks from the 6th to the 25th of December, I want, 
you & the youngers will support me, with 2 Spanish youngers. 
We want, you & they will recruit many young guys and gals, 
to give many many presents for many many people with costume making. 

「ご協力いただきたいのは、１２月に入って６日から２５日までの期間に、
私と、イスパニア人従者の若者２名と一緒に、自ら仮装扮装をして、
街の人々にたくさんのプレゼント(贈り物)を配る、学生たちを集めて欲しいのです。

Or otherwise, I want you may permit our actions, and try to announce their news, on this campus.”
