The previous picture book in Series 2 was about zero defect-measures related to physical phenomena, and this book is a continuation of that, and is about the Zero Human Error (HE) countermeasure technology that the JMA TZD (Zero Defect Claim) Countermeasures Study Group worked on step by step with 21 companies from different industries for three terms and four years until 2003, and achieved results. When analyzing the situation in which a person causes some HEs, it is found that the problem occurs in the physical steps, so the key to this countermeasure method is to remove that problem. This picture book also features fictional characters, but it also summarizes the activities and results of the ZD Study Group, as frankly spoken about by a practitioner from a certain company and summarized the contents of what he put into practice. We hope that the practical content introduced in this picture book will be useful to all readers.
