日本語編

今日は昨日より気分がよい。右耳も昨日より閉塞感がない。しかし娘に続き息子も咳と発熱があり、今日も二人とも保育園を休む。早く家族の健康が回復してほしい。

英語編

Today, I feel better than yesterday. My right ear also feels less obstructed than yesterday. However, following my daughter, my son has a cough and fever, and both of them are absent from nursery school today too. I hope my family's health recovers soon.
