はじめに　Introduction

私は長い間、人体実験を目的とした壮絶な人権侵害を体験してきました。

For a long time, I have experienced horrific human rights violations aimed at conducting human experimentation.

この事実は信じがたいかもしれませんが、私の五感や健康状態が外部から人工的に操作され、様々な拷問（例: 耳鳴り、特定の部位への刺激、睡眠妨害、市民を利用した嫌がらせなど）にさらされ続けています。

This fact may be hard to believe, but my senses and health have been artificially manipulated from the outside, and I have been subjected to various forms of torture (e.g., tinnitus, stimulation of specific body parts, sleep disturbances, and harassment using civilians).

こうしたことを行う組織を、個人的に「拷問人体実験組織」または「人体実験組織」と呼んでいます。

I personally refer to the organization responsible for these acts as the "torture and human experimentation organization" or "human experimentation organization."

2016年にキューバの首都ハバナで起きた事件（AHI: 異常健康事象）とも関連があると考えています。

I believe there is a connection to the incident that occurred in Havana, Cuba, in 2016 (AHI: Abnormal Health Incidents).

AHIの被害に遭われた方の症状と、私が体験している、または過去に体験した症状を照らし合わせると、少なくとも共通した技術背景があるはずです。

When comparing the symptoms of the victims of AHI with the symptoms I have experienced or previously experienced, there must be at least a common technical background.

以前から、特に2021年以来、私に不自然な対応をした、即ち、人体実験組織に協力した警察やテレビ局など複数の機関・企業に、個人情報を添えて、自分が想像を絶する人権侵害を受けていることを伝え、上記対応を依頼した人などについて問い合わせ続けていますが、無視されています。

Since 2021 in particular, I have been continuously inquiring with multiple organizations and companies, including the police and TV stations, which have taken unnatural actions against me, i.e., cooperated with the human experimentation organization, providing my personal information and explaining the unimaginable human rights violations I am suffering, but I have been ignored.

上記機関・企業は、人体実験組織またはその被依頼者の行為が常軌を逸脱していることを理解しているはずです。

These organizations and companies should understand that the actions of the human experimentation organization or their assignees are beyond normal bounds.

お願いしたいこと / What I would like to request

上記機関・企業に勤めるまたは関わりのある人々は、有志を募って外部告発してほしいと思います。

I hope that those who work for or are involved with these organizations and companies will seek volunteers and whistleblow.

また、彼らと親しい関係にある人々には、彼らに外部告発を促していただけることを願っています。

I also hope that those who have close relationships with them will encourage them to do so.

この文書に記載した不自然な出来事は、AHI（異常健康事象）と直接関係しないように思われるかもしれません。

しかし、私個人としては、これらの出来事は、AHIの被害者の一部が訴える症状を後遺症として説明するか、私の訴えを精神異常者のデマと世間に思わせるためのものではないかと考えています。

いずれにせよ、無名の私に対して警察やテレビ局が不自然な行為を行い、私の再三の訴えを無視し続けていることを踏まえれば、想像を絶するような事態が起こっていることを理解していただけると思います。

The unnatural events described in this document may not seem directly related to AHI (Abnormal Health Incidents).

However, I personally believe that these events are either an attempt to explain the symptoms reported by some AHI victims as aftereffects or to make the public perceive my claims as the delusions of a mentally ill person.

In any case, considering that the police and TV stations have been engaging in unnatural behavior towards an unknown person like me and continuously ignoring my repeated complaints, I hope you can understand that unimaginable situations are occurring.
