英語 Stress Relief Methods
Stress Relief Methods
In my early twenties, I used to feel a sense of guilt for even using the phrase "I got a stress." I thought it was presumptuous of me, considering I felt incompetent at work and had a carefree attitude. Using such expressions seemed absurd.
Now in my thirties, I genuinely experience stress accumulating on a daily basis. I feel like I've reached the age where it's acceptable to admit it.
Here are some methods I use to alleviate stress. Feel free to try them out:
Write a journal:
Expressing thoughts in writing helps release stress. I also share it on social media. When others resonate with my journal, it adds to the sense of relief.
2. Read a book in the bath:
Especially self-improvement books encourage. The pleasant scent of shampoo and body soap adds an extra layer of relaxation.
3.Watch movies without overthinking:
I especially enjoy apocalyptic or world-ending movies. For enthusiasts of urban legends, analytical movies provide a distraction.
4.Go karaoke by myself:
A great way to release stress. Singing solo can be quite liberating.
5. Play with pets:
Fluffy companions are therapeutic.
6.Check Capricorn horoscope:
I am seeking encouragement from horoscopes, particularly those for Capricorn.
7.Vent to your boyfriend:
It is occasionally frustrating when he gives practical advice, but having a mature boyfriend who listens is appreciated. I like that about him.
8.Enjoy good coffee while reading:
Remember not to engage in binge eating or drinking as it can lead to regrets and additional stress later on.
Feel free to try these methods, and I hope they help you manage stress effectively!
