The shop manager I hate

I used to work at a shop, now I am working in a company.
I call the company a venture, which I understand is not perfect but let it change in a good way.
To be close to perfect company(I totally understand there is no any perfect company).
When I joined this company there was no time card. Nobody knows how much people worked and what day people worked. How to check who was working, see the history of the chat with who I talked.

Anyway, I would like to talk about the thing my ex-shop manager told me before when I left his shop.
I didn’t focus on what I heard because I didn’t like him at all. These days the words he said give me a headache.

“Working in a company means, having to go with their lead. Don’t go what the company don’t want to, follow what they said even though you are not comfortable with what the company said”.

I thought I was okay to follow the company mottos, including rules. However, joined this company and saw that what was going on here was a disaster.
To reach the review of what the company want to do, they put the Google form to see how much money I earned today.
And also asked to put the number in a calendar of how much money, we made every Friday.
For me it is tasks, and please make it less steps.

Basically why we have to forcus the review is our review is not reached that company expects, so we need eyes on the goal and more attention.
Tall about why its not make it is our base is low. We accept many discount.
The other reason is this is what I want to check, who have title go to the offices. By plane, train whatever thay want.
I assume its costing.
Plus, they request to come to tokyo office in a half term and the end of the term.
For each person costs ticketS.

Hopefully aomebody realise this shit and let them notice.
Otherwise I will ask question.

Which is faster me or somebody.
