枯れゆく姿も、また美しい The withering appearance is also beautiful

常寂光寺の本堂裏の縁台から眺める池の水辺に、可憐な「ギボウシ」がこうべを垂れながら咲いていた。

A pretty "hosta" was blooming on the waterside of the pond, which you can see from the pedestal behind the main hall of Jojakko-ji Temple.

枝に咲く薄紫の花は下から枯れ始めている。枯れゆく姿もまた美しい。葉っぱはこれから黄葉し彩りをそえる。

小さな世界の中にも時の移りゆく変化が見えてくる。

The light purple flowers that bloom on the branches are beginning to wither from below. The withering appearance is also beautiful. The leaves will turn yellow and become more colorful.

Even in a small world, we can see the changing changes of time.
