Enjoy the autumn equinox in Kyoto Yesterday.
I went to Kyoto with the people of the Buddhist Mandala Art Class.
The day begins with a sutra copy of Unryu-in Temple at the head of Sennyu-ji Temple.
After copying the sutras, while having matcha and sweets I enjoyed the Japanese garden dyed in autumn colors.
After leaving Unryu-in, head to Kennin-ji Temple.
Appreciate the Fujin & Raijin of Tawaraya Sotatsu and the Ssangyong map on the ceiling.
Then, take a walk in the garden of Tenjyu-an in Nanzen-ji Temple.
At the end, enjoy the brilliant autumn leaves of Eikan-do. To conclude, we visited the main statue of Amida (Mikaeri Amida).
I enjoyed the autumn equinox in Kyoto to my heart's content.
