sprouts of radish green. These look typically “kaiware-daikon”. ( It has been common to see daikon radish sprout in grocery store further before “sprouts as a super food” boom comes in my country. )

葉大根の双葉🌱丸っこくてカワイイです。みるからに「カイワレ大根」そのものですが！！
収穫まではあと2ー3週間かかると見ていますが。

Since this Monday I’d been waiting for picking them to make those grow up bigger, watering everyday.
Therefore, here comes the day, finally.
I got those beautiful leaves full of a large bowl, for 2days.
Yeeeessssssssss!!!
Should let my garden rest tomorrow, until the next harvest.

今週は葉っぱたちを大きくしたくて月曜からずっと収穫を控えていました。
晴れた日は毎日水やりはしました。今日ようやく解禁。大きいボウルにいっぱい採れました。ヤッター🙌！タップリ2日分。
明日も1日収穫を休んで、
また明後日採る事にします。

I planted those seeds the same day as arugula and mustard greens...
Slowly, but surely, they are growing up.Nature is filled with mystery and wonder.
