家計の金融資産構成を世界と比較すると、
日本人は現預金の比率が圧倒的に高い。
2022年8月日本銀行調査統計局が発表した【資金循環の日米欧比較】によると、家計の金融資産における現金・預金の比率は日本が54.3%、欧州34.5%、米国13.7%となっている。

それでは、米国や欧州では他に何が占めているのか?
それは、株式や投資信託、保険・年金などです。
特に米国では、39.8%が株式、12.6%が投資信託、28.6%が保険・年金。
欧州では、19.5%が株式、10.4%が投資信託、31.9 %が保険・年金。
一方、日本では10.2%が株式、4.5%が投資信託、26.9%が保険・年金。
老後2000万円問題などニュースで取り上げられていたように、これからマネーリテラシーや投資の知識、お金に対する考え方などさらに重要になっていきそうですね。
