My little twist for raw egg on rice is adding a bit of Ajinomoto seasoning and using the hottest rice possible to lightly heat the egg. I’ve heard that heating the egg slightly makes it more nutritious. In Japan, this dish is called TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan), and I’ve loved it since I was a child. It’s one of my favorite comfort foods!
