The best balanced “Testosterone” but how to manage keeping it with calorie restrictions?

There have been many studies found doing calorie restriction, intending simultaneously to reduce testosterone too.

Simply because when you reduce a diet the body starts working with survival mechanism.

Reasons :
1. Reducing calorie
2. The brain reacts “he’s gonna die!!!”
3. The brain sends signals to whole body that “turning off all of unnecessary functions for him!!!”
4. So the survival mechanism is shut down
5. It will be the result for reducing testosterone

It is said our brain was made in the primitive age, meaning the brain will get into panic even the calorie is a bit fewer.
So when the brain gets nuts, it will stop repoductive system which the brain thinks to be shut out the most unimportant function for living, therefore, testosterone will go off too.

However, unless you have enough body fat with you already doesn’t decrease testosterone level even you do calorie restriction.

* However, the body fat decreases as well as making testosterone come back or more.
Such things occur like cancelling happened there.

However, when people who is thin and wants to make abdominal muscle appeared, or impresses someone, does calorie restriction, a problems come up.

It is but complicated only to see that figures, I know, let’s say any male animal gets rid of their reproductive functions, they won’t copulate with female. Well, it’s quite too saying, somewhat when testosterone decreases like that, men become they aren’t interested women at all. Terrifying isn’t it?

It is easy to recover such testosterone decreasing with increasing amount of diet sooner.
