30年目の117 January in Kyoto: The 30th "1.17"

一月の京都
30年目の1月17日です。朝食前に阪神・淡路大震災の犠牲者の方に一分間の黙祷をしました。
防災用品も確認しました。ベッド横にヘルメットと運動靴。常備薬は間違っていないか。籠城用の備蓄品の期限の点検。持出し用のリュック。背負えないほど重いリュックでは避難できないですからね！（過去の反省）
