My experiences in NZ #24
Hello there.
I’d love to continue from where I ended last time.
In my last blog, I wrote I had finished the language school.
After that, I started focusing on job hunting and changing my mind, as I mentioned in my previous blog.
Since I’d already contacted all hotels in Auckland in the accommodation guide, I broadened my horizons and started applying to hotels in other cities.
My non-negotiable conditions were working for service sections such as a room attendant, a front clerk, and a waitress.
However, I heard at the hotels in Auckland they didn’t think I could carry heavy luggage.
I wasn't accepted even though I appealed that I had experienced working as a bell girl in Japan, and some of them suggested working as a housekeeping staff.
That’s all for today, and to be next time.
See you around.
