米ブルームバーグ通信は10日、日本製鉄による米鉄鋼大手USスチールの買収を、バイデン大統領が阻止する方針だと報じた。米政府内の手続きを経て、今月末にも正式に決定するという。同通信は、買収が認められない場合、日鉄とUSスチールは手続きに問題があるとして、訴訟を提起する構えだとも報じた。
The U.S. Bloomberg News Agency reported on April 10 that President Biden plans to block Nippon Steel Corporation's acquisition of U.S. steel giant US Steel. A formal decision will be made at the end of this month following procedures within the U.S. government, according to the report. The news agency also reported that if the acquisition is not approved, Nippon Steel and US Steel are ready to file a lawsuit, claiming that there is a problem with the procedure.

山梨県甲斐市の保坂武市長は10日の市議会で、サンリオ（東京）が同市に「ハローキティ」など人気キャラクターを展示するミュージアムを開業する予定だと明らかにした。2025年度中の開業を目指すという。

タイ語を分からずに、突然首を捻るマッサージを受けて、首が痛くなり、それ以来、首を捻ることはやめてとジェスチャで伝えてからマッサージをしてもらうと言っていた日本人がいた。首を突然捻られるのは明らかに危ない。特に、それを予想しない人は首に力を入れてしまい、痛めると思う。しっかり、説明してから、説明を理解してからマッサージする、受けるべき。

There was a Japanese man who, not understanding Thai, received a sudden neck-twisting massage that made his neck hurt, and since then he has said that he would tell the massage therapist with a gesture to stop twisting his neck before getting a massage. Sudden neck twisting is obviously dangerous. Especially if people don't expect it, they will put a lot of pressure on their neck and it will hurt. You should be sure and understand the explanation before you do or receive a massage.
