当方は複数のイーベイ無在庫セラーに、当方自らが撮影した商品写真を頻繁にコピペ空売り出品されております。
大変腹立たしい事です。
何故、複数の無在庫セラー共に商品写真を頻繁に盗まれるのかはわかりません。
当方の写真の見栄えが良い為なのかもしれません。
奴らは売れている目ぼしいセラーの出品リスト・販売リストを抽出して、30日以内に調達する事を見越して片っ端からコピペ出品しているのかも知れません。
倫理観の無い、法律違反・泥棒コピペ空出品の低能無在庫セラーの考えは全く持って理解できません。
当方が他の無在庫セラーに写真を盗まれていた事に気付くタイミングは、価格変更をする際の相場確認時にコピペ空売りページを発見する事が多いです。
空売り無在庫セラーとは違い、有在庫セラーは頻繁に価格変更をする必要がありません。
出品したら基本は放置です。
セラーハブで30日周期の出品リストが回ってくる際に、相場確認時に商品写真の無断転載・無断盗用を発見する事が多いです。
昨年末にVeROへ従来通りの方法でPDF通報をしておりましたら、ebay著作権管理部門であるVeROチームから、ebayセラー間のVeRO通報はPDFではなくメールで送って欲しいと言われておりました。
