1019「府中本町」という町のポテンシャル

東京郊外に最近サウナ巡りをしている。事実10年ぐらい行っていなかった場所なのだが、再開発してガラッと雰囲気が変わった。
府中本町には可能性がある。夜はまあまあ飲屋街になり、客引きなどもしている。
遊べそうでありながら、マフィアが多少いる歌舞伎町や渋谷と違って、郊外で若者が本当に少ないので、あぶない雰囲気がまるでない。
都心部で不動産が高い町よりも、エンタメは東京郊外で始まっていく可能性があると思っている。
南武線の武蔵溝の口や武蔵小杉にもそれを感じる。


I have recently been on a sauna tour in the suburbs of Tokyo. In fact, I haven't been to this place for about 10 years, but the atmosphere has completely changed since the redevelopment. Fuchu Honmachi has potential. At night, the area is a fairly good drinking area, and there are touts and such. Unlike Kabukicho and Shibuya, where there are some mafia, there are very few young people in the suburbs, so there is no sense of danger. I believe that entertainment has the potential to start in the suburbs of Tokyo, rather than in towns with high real estate prices in the city center. I feel this in Musashi-Mizonokuchi and Musashi-Kosugi on the Nambu Line.
