My priority of working
My work is busy these days. My main work is clerical work and I also have some chances to translate documents for the foreign workers.
How do you organize your work?
My priority of working depends on the submission limits. Maybe this will be the same for most people.
I try to finish up the work that must be submitted by the early date. However, the limits may be around the same date and some works have the same due date. That makes me busy to finish and do different work at the same time.
Moreover, what makes sometimes worse is that an additional work that has to be done comes. Then I will need to do that firstly if the due date is earlier than the other ones.
As I try to finish up my work one by one, it's sometimes difficult to finish by the due date. I always look at my schedules everyday and see how I can organize my time before starting my day.
Though I'm trying my best as possible, I still need to overwork. My colleagues also look busy everyday. We might need more workers in our section, but it's hopeless for new employees.
We all need to do our best and finish up as soon as possible.
