The ultimate way I cured myself of dysautonomia and mental disorders in a short time, when I was hopeless.
The content of this article is a personal and subjective article based on the author's personal experience. I am not sure if it will necessarily work for everyone or not, as there will be individual differences.
This is a record of my battle with severe autonomic imbalance, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety, and how I overcame the symptoms. My experience may be helpful to those who have taken herbal medicines, gone to physical therapy, etc. and have not felt sufficient improvement.
At least I myself have succeeded in beating it this way. If your symptoms are similar to mine, I believe you will see considerable improvement.
【Panic Disorder & Anxiety Disorder】
It all started 20 years ago, when I was in junior high school, when I was suddenly attacked by a fear of other people. After that, for some reason I became afraid of meeting people, I could no longer ride the train, and when I saw a man wearing sunglasses on the street, I would shake with fear and cower on the spot. After that, I went to the hospital for hyperventilation and the doctor told me that I was not a psychiatrist but that I probably had both a panic disorder and an anxiety disorder. That was the first thing that happened.
【OCD.】
When I locked the door of my house, even though I had locked it once, after walking about 10 meters, I would go back and check the door again and again to see if I had really locked it properly. Later, when I was watching TV, I saw a person doing the exact same thing as me, and he said he had OCD, and that's when I realized that I have panic disorder, anxiety, and OCD. I thought that I would continue to cause trouble for my parents and others, and since I was still a student at the time and had no money, I started doing muscle training and jogging every night in a desperate attempt to cure myself with just my feelings.
Then, to my surprise, the symptoms started to get worse day by day! Surprisingly, the symptoms went away day by day, and nothing happened for the next 20 years, and I thought that I had already completely conquered and overcome my psychosis. However, this is where the tragedy began...
【Stress piled up.】
I was in my late 30s, and since I was a perfectionist and detailed-oriented person, stress at work gradually built up, and I had to take painkillers for headaches almost every day.
【Brain overheating.】
Then one day, my cat left for the sky, followed by my father's cancer diagnosis, and I was beyond painful and my tears dried up. I think it was at this time that my autonomic nervous system was completely hit. And I could no longer write well, probably due to impatience. A sense of anxiety and frustration about a hopeless future. And a sense of impatience, wondering why I was doing what I was doing.
【Finally, I collapsed at work.】
After GW, I feel like my body is tired every day. After returning home, I spent many days lying in bed for a long time. My father was hospitalized again, and I drove him to the hospital. I was already very tired and dizzy while driving, and when I took my temperature after returning home, it was 38.0. But I had to work the next day, so I went to bed and rested, and it got a little better. However, when I woke up in the morning, I had an unusual headache. But I couldn't rest, so I did my best to go to work. Finally, at 10:00 a.m. at work, I collapsed due to hyperventilation and lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital. Even after arriving at the hospital, my brain felt like it was bleeding, my body was cold, and I couldn't even walk without someone to support me.
I had an MRI of my brain, a blood test, and an x-ray of my neck, which showed no abnormalities. The doctor asked me if I had any other concerns. I told him that my shoulders had been stiff for a long time, and he prescribed me a muscle relaxant called Ternerin. I went home that day, but two days later I had another severe attack.
【The seizures did not go away, and I spent many days in the hospital for tests.】
After that, I spent about eight hours a day at my parents' house suffering from seizures, and I was told, "Call an ambulance in a hurry! I screamed at my parents, "Call an ambulance immediately! I was constantly groaning every day from the seizures, as if my life was about to end here. I thought there was something wrong with me, so I went to various hospitals for blood tests, EKG, echocardiogram, chest X-ray, asthma test, tricuspid test, hearing test, gastroscopy, abdominal echocardiogram, abdominal CT, and so on. I had blood tests, EKG, cardiac echo, chest X-ray, asthma test, tricuspid test, hearing test, gastroscopy, abdominal echo, and abdominal CT.
【Onset of dysautonomia.】
If the hospital couldn't figure it out, I decided to look it up myself on the Internet and did a detailed research. I found that autonomic imbalance was quite applicable to my situation at that time. I had heard of the disease, but I still remember how surprised I was to find out how painful it was.
I had more items that applied to me than what many people have written about their experiences on the Internet, so I may have officially had other illnesses as well, such as depressive dysautonomia.
In my case, there was a part of me that thought that dysautonomia could not be so hard, that I had cancer somewhere in my body, or that I was suffering from the aftereffects of the corona vaccine, or that a bad employee at work had poisoned my tea during break time, etc. I was thinking that I might be suffering from some kind of cancer, or that I might have been poisoned by an unfriendly employee at work during a break time. (In fact, I never went to one until I was cured.)
【List of symptoms I was suffering from】
・Severe tinnitus in left ear only
・Heart palpitations
・No sweat at all in my case.

・I have a hard time breathing all the time.
・I feel choked.
・My eyes are burning.

・Pain and slight numbness in left arm and hand
・Sensation of being run down
・Intense agitation and exhaustion.

・Palpitations

・I feel as if my body is being pushed diagonally downward (loss of equilibrium)...
There may have been other symptoms as well, I just don't remember them.
I think I have experienced most of the common symptoms of dysautonomia as described on the Internet.
I went to several osteopathic clinics specializing in autonomic nervous system treatment for a while to suppress the seizures as much as possible, and tried various techniques at osteopathic clinics, electric tourmaline therapy, self-care, hand pressure point stimulation, etc. I spent a lot of money. I spent a lot of money. I went to various places for several months, but I didn't feel much effect. In conclusion, I would say that I am only a little better now, but only to a comforting degree.
I think that many of you reading this article are probably in the same desperate pain as I was. At that time I was suffering so much that I believed and tried everything I could find on the Internet, including self-care for the autonomic nervous system. But then I found out something. At first I believed in the blogs of doctors and therapists who talked only theoretically without actually experiencing it myself, but I realized that there were many aspects of pain that could only be understood by someone who had actually experienced so much suffering. I realized that nothing would improve if I just looked at the autonomic nervous system and the information on the Internet, which can be found anywhere if you look it up, and believed in the ways of people who only had knowledge in their heads.
If you are reading this right now, my experience may be helpful to you if your symptoms have not been completely cured even though you have tried many things that you are told at chiropractic clinics and so on.
I am now completely full of energy and have recovered my physical and mental strength, and I believe that I am now healthier and more energetic than I was before the onset of dysautonomia.
In my experience, dysautonomia did not get better at all just by too gentle approaches to the body, such as Chinese herbal medicine, osteopathy, osteopathic treatment, and self-care. Of course, I think there are many blood flow disorders that come from the neck and shoulders, so as far as stretching and relaxing the shoulders is concerned, I think it is a good idea. As for Chinese herbal medicine, I bought dozens of different kinds and tried many different kinds, but in my case, I believed in taking Shiba-koa Ryuko-Okakaito and continued to take it, and it worked best. However, the side effect was urticaria on my back many times. And I think it takes a long time only with Chinese herbal medicine. I looked on the Internet and found many people who had been suffering for several years to more than 10 years, so I actually checked my own body and found the best way to cure myself as quickly as possible.
So what is the best way?
What did I do in the end?
