Bright Colours （明るい色）

Since the cold winter has come all of sudden, it is getting colder and colder. It is now in the middle of winter, and it is so cold that I have no time to enjoy autumn leaves.
With the coming of the winter, I have changed my clothes. My autumn clothes were not good enough to keep me warm in the winter. And I also changed the clothes that I wear for walking. I am now dressed in a dark red down jacket with a yellow hat, a neck warmer and a pair of gloves.
I need bright colours such as red and yellow. They let me tell people, bikes and cars around me that I am close to you, so I can avoid any trouble such as crash. They are also vital for me to keep myself full of energy. They have inspired me all the time. When I was in Europe, I used to use neck ties with bright colours such as pale pink and orange, which helped me to have a good discussion with my customers. But they were not allowed to use at some Japanese company. I was told that they were so bright in the business of the company.
In my opinion, Japanese people tend to choose pale or mild colors. But they are not good enough to inspire and motivate me.

　急に寒い冬が到来したかと思うと、ますます寒くなってきました。もう真冬で、紅葉を楽しむどころではありません。
　冬の到来に合わせて、衣替えをしました。秋の服装では冬を乗り切ることができません。ウォーキング用の服も買えました。今は、えんじのダウンジャケットに黄色い帽子、ネックウォーマーと手袋という格好です。
　赤や黄色といった明るい色がボクには必要です。赤や黄色のような明るい色を身に付けていると、自分の周りの人やバイク、車に自分が近くにいることを知らせることができます。そうすれば、衝突などのトラブルを避けられます。また、自分自身が元気にいるためにも、欠かせません。明るい色をみるとやる気がでます。ヨーロッパにいた頃は、淡いピンクやオレンジなど明るい色のネクタイを使っていました。そのおかげで、お客さんとは充実した議論ができました。でも、日本のある会社では使えませんでした。会社の業務に支障をきたすからと言われました。
 自分の印象では、日本人は穏やかな色を使う傾向があります。でも、それでは、ボクのやる気を引き出すには不十分です。
