November 21, 2021： 松屋のカレー、懐かしい味、QB House、品質 (Matsuya’s Curry Rice, Familiar Taste, QB House, Quality)

 Having a sudden urge to eat curry rice from Matsuya, a Japanese beef bowl restaurant chain, I went to a Matsuya store near my home around noon. The long-forgotten curry rice has maintained the same taste as before and fully satisfied me. I rely on the food chain store since its dishes always have the same taste at any location at a reasonable price.
 However, QB house, a haircut chain shop, is different from the food chain store. I tried four locations of the chain store. The 1st shop near JR Tokyo Station fully satisfied me with its skill.  Second, I  tried a shop near my home, expecting the same skill. But it was poor in quality and dissatisfied me. Still, I tried at Akihabara, Tokyo and Omiya, Saitama. The third was inferior to the first but acceptable to me. The fourth was similar to the second and was unacceptable. Finally, I ceased to use it due to the big difference in the skill.
 The chain shop needs to raise the overall level of the skill.

ふと、無性に松屋のカレーが食べたくなったので、近所の松屋にいった。久々に食べたカレーは、懐かしく、おいしかった。
　チェーン店は、どの店でも味も値段も変わらないので安心感がある。ところが、同じチェーン店でも品質が全く違う業種もある。それが、理髪業のQB Houseです。最初に言ったのが、東京駅の丸の内店でした。カットの質は高く、すごく気に入りました。これに踊らされて、自宅の近くの店を使いました。カットはめちゃくちゃ下手で、失望しました。でも、まだ諦めずに、次は秋葉原店を試しました。丸の内店ほどうまくはなかったですが、許容範囲でした。更に、大宮店を試しました。ここは、自宅近くの店より少しましな程度で、失望でした。4店舗を試して、カットの質にあまりにもばらつきがあるので、QB Houseを使うのを止めました。
　全体のカット技術のレベルを上げてもらわないと、安心できません。
