Bravo! Lab is the project to provide information for proactive kids support in Japanese by Rieko and Miki.

Our Mission　プロジェクトの目的

行動についての科学的実践的知識の提供による子育て支援。
子どもたちが新しい行動や習慣を身につけたり、直面する問題にうまく対処できるようになることを手伝うための、科学的な情報と、それをうまく利用するための実践的な知識と技術を伝える。

えこ（山田理恵子）　実践&情報発信担当
行動と科学的な行動改善については、学びはじめたばかり。
養育里親、インテリアコーディネーター、アートライフスタイリスト マスター。養育里親の認定後、2016 年から子どもの委託スタート。子どもの養育は上手くいったり いかなかったり日々試行錯誤を繰り返しているが、大人がアップデートできれば、子どもも必ずついてきてくれると信じています。子どもの影響で、荒木先生のJOJOにハマり、Netflixで、過去のシーズンから見る事が、最大の至福。気分転換にアート鑑賞をするのが大好き。

Rieko Yamada　Foster mom, interior coordinator, Art Life Stylist Master. She has lived with a foster kid since 2016. She is still struggling in parenting and it's still continuing in the process of trial and error. But she believes kids can learn more if we parents learn more. Her kid loves the anime series of Jojo by Hirohiko Araki. She loves it too. It's the happiest time to watch the series of Jojo on Netflix. Art viewing is her best refresher.

みき（齋藤美紀）行動支援&行動改善アドバイス担当
行動変化の科学と高い倫理基準に基づく行動改善（応用行動分析学 ABA）に関する知識と技術の教育&指導歴7年。神経科学、心理学にも興味を持ち、多角的に行動と行動支援方法を理解、検討する。

Miki Saito, KPA CTP, CPDT-KAAnimal behavior and training consultant, CEO of BAWedu, Inc. She runs BAW ACADEMY for animal care, training and behavior. She has a strong passion about improving the lives of animals in our care and the relationship between humans and them. She teaches the knowledge, techniques and ethics of behavior change to people living and working with animals in Japan. She is a behavior geek. She has interest in various scientific fields related to behavior.
