In this issue, we asked Yonaha-san from the UX Human Resource Development team to answer our questions!

１：Why did you join beBit?
I wanted to develop my ability to create experiences that are remembered and understand the core ideas behind it.
In the future, my goal is to create entertainment spaces and experiences that excite people, and I believe that I will need to enhance my skills in understanding what sticks with people from the user’s perspective and develop the seeds of ideas.
I felt that beBit would allow me to develop these skills.
In addition, the individuals I met at my interview were intelligent and humorous, and I simply felt that I would like to work with these people.
２：Please tell us about the work you do at beBit
I consult and design as a UX consultant.
I research, develop screen layouts, write reports, and so on. I am involved in both UX Design and UX Growth, learning new things every day so that I can work independently as soon as possible.
Occasionally, I speak to individuals who have received job offers as a recruiter as well.
３：Tell us what you value most when working
I think it is important to think of individuals as human beings.
It is easy to forget that companies, clients, users, bosses, colleagues, etc. are people because of their titles. In the end, each person is a human being who has their own thoughts and background.
It is important to communicate with people and try to understand them further and to have them think “I like this person, and would love to work with this person more.”
４：What is one thing you like about beBit?
I love the people at beBit.
Everyone is so quick-witted that I am often overwhelmed. In addition, everyone loves people and are always willing to help out or just talk about anything. I love that they are always willing to hang out and go out to eat as well.
Also, I love the fact that there are so many unique individuals, but everyone thinks that they themselves are the most normal.
５：What do you do during your free time?
I go out to eat or spend time at home watching movies, watching anime, or reading manga.
Recently, I started playing golf! I’d love to practice and get better.
For the upcoming season, I am excited to go snowboarding! This is also a new hobby I picked up last season, but I was so hooked that I went 6 times throughout the season.
I love going out and experiencing new things, so please don’t hesitate to invite me!
６：Tell us a recommended location or product from your hometown
A cake shop called Matterhorn is way too delicious!
Even my mother, who doesn’t really like cake, finishes her portion.
It's ☆4.2 with 1017 reviews on google. Amazing.
７：Tell us about a UX you recently found amazing
Ikuta-san from Market Development’s planning abilities.
Whether it's karaoke, trips, or board game parties, the planning is done so well that I can enjoy the experience without being worried about anything. I am always sure that it will be a good time.
I respect him so much for his UX skills.
８：What year is the most memorable year in your life?
My time in America from 2017~2021 has a big impact on my life.
I was asked about what happiness is to me and about how I want to live daily, and I feel that my current core was formed through these conversations.
It was also during this time that I realized my love for designing entertainment spaces and experiences.
I planned ideas for theme park attractions, designed the space and experiences of a restaurant, and for my graduation project, I created a real life escape game that changed the way you see things in your daily life. It was a lot of fun!
９：Please tell us about your talent, or anything you are proud of
My talents are horseback riding and dancing.
In particular, I won first place in a state competition for horseback riding when I was in college.
I still continue both to this day, so if anyone is interested, please let me know!
１０：Tell us about any challenges you would like to attempt
I want to create entertainment experiences and spaces that will move people’s hearts.
I am most excited when I am creating things and experiences that entertain people, so I think it would be great if I could deliver what I have created to people in various countries around the world.
When I create something, I would love everyone from beBit to experience it as well!
