What changed after the session was a fantastic reduction in the pain in my right hip, which was a physical change.
Two days before the session, I had been experiencing pain that felt like it might be a back injury, and I thought I would have to go to physical therapy, but after the session, I could not find where the pain was.
In terms of mental health, I no longer feel vaguely anxious about the future, and my trust in myself and my sense of security has deepened.
I didn't know what I was good at, but after the session with Alice, I could value myself more and enjoy what I am good at.
I had a yoga therapy session and a healing session.
Although I had never met Alice before, I felt she understood me better than I understood myself with her kindness and receptivity.
It was a truly magical experience to see my Akashic records. I could see the vision before me as if we were watching a movie together, and the advice resonated with me.
