Hot Rum Cow

Walking Chuo Street after my part-time job, I often feel like drinking at the bar, Rupin. Its owner Mr.Fuchizawa is really nice and gentle, so his character always fascinates patrons and newcomers. Today cold air in Morioka "unexpectedly" led me there.

As usual, I sat at a counter seat in front of the Zeus Tower, which is a golden beer tap. He served me a Gin Tonic during some conversation. While wandering a chose of next drink, he recommended me the hot cocktail: Hot Rum Cow.

It was made of brown rum, hot milk and melt butter. Though it's simple, the cocktail was really tasty. And of course, it has become one of my favourite cocktails. The thing is a piece of butter floating on the milk. My lips touching on a glass, creamy and melty happiness came into me!! It smells incredibly great, awesome...

To enjoy the tasting, I strongly recommend you NOT to stir the cocktail before you drink it.
