A study researched
the relationship
between salary,
and self-reported
happiness
around the world.
The happiest state
in the U.S. is Hawaii.
Out of the top ten
happiest states,
it has the lowest
annual salary at $38,604.
The happiest country
in the world is Finland,
with an average
annual salary of
$36,000 in its capital
city Helsinki.
Denmark, the second
happiest country,
has a higher annual
salary of $44,255
in its capital city,
Copenhagen.
The World Happiness Report
is an annual survey
that was first
launched in 2012,
It ranks self-reported
happiness in 156
countries,
according to six factors:
levels of GDP
(Gross Domestic Product),
life expectancy,
generosity,
social support,
freedom, and income.
However,because
there are always other
factors to consider,
it is difficult to assume
that money earned
is directly correlated
to happiness.

世界各国の給与と自己申告の幸福度の関係を調査した研究があります。アメリカで最も幸福度が高いのはハワイ州。幸福度上位10州のうち、年収が最も低いのはハワイで3万8,604ドル。世界で最も幸せな国はフィンランドで、首都ヘルシンキの平均年収は3万6,000ドル。2番目に幸せな国はデンマークで、首都コペンハーゲンの年収は4万4,255ドルと高いです。
世界幸福度報告書は2012年に始まった年次調査でGDP（国内総生産）、平均寿命、寛大さ、社会的支援、自由、所得の6つの要素によって156カ国の自己申告の幸福度をランク付けしています。 しかしながら他の要素も考慮しなければならない為、稼いだお金がそのまま幸福度につながるか考えることは難しいことです。
