1.  Russian forces are widening their attacks on areas across Ukraine with more intense fighting reported in the countryside.  And Russian troops are also beginning to regroup （再編成する）around the capital, Kiev.  Moscow says it has now hit military airfields （飛行場）in the western cities of  Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk.

ロシア軍はウクライナ全土に攻撃を広げており、地方ではより激しい戦闘が報告されています。また、ロシア軍は首都キエフ周辺で再編成を始めています。モスクワによると、現在、西部のルーツクとイバノ・フランコフスクの軍事飛行場を攻撃しています。

2.  The central eastern city of Newport has been targeted for the first time.  A
Russian airstrike killed at least one person and damaged.  Several  civilian areas.  Fire and smoke could be seen rising from the city center. Authorities say apartment blocks and factories were hit.

東部の中心都市ニューポートが初めて標的にされ、ロシアの空爆により、少なくとも1名が死亡し、損害を受けました。いくつかの民間地域が火災に遭い、市街地から煙が上がっているのが確認されました。当局によると、アパート群や工場が攻撃されたとのことです。

 3.  The United States has accused Russia of violating nuclear safety principles saying it's concerned by the continuing attacks on Ukrainian nuclear facilities. Kiev says that technicians have started repairing damaged power lines （送電線）at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. 

米国は、ロシアが核安全原則に違反していると非難し、ウクライナの核施設に対する攻撃が続いていることに懸念を表明しました。キエフによると、技術者がチェルノブイリ原子力発電所の損傷した送電線の修復を開始したとのことです。
