1.  President Zelensky of Ukraine has angrily condemned Russian military
attacks that have targeted civilians.  In a video statement he said the murder of civilians in the near-constant （絶え間ない）artillery （大砲）and missile attacks by the Russians would never be forgiven.

ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、市民を標的にした攻撃を行うロシア軍を激しく非難しています。彼はビデオ声明で、ロシアによるほぼ絶え間ない砲撃とミサイル攻撃で民間人が殺害されたことは決して許されるものではないと述べています。

2.  The head of the UN's nuclear watchdog says he's extremely concerned about reported communication difficulties between the Ukrainian regulator　and nuclear sites under Russian control.  Rafael Grossi said the Ukrainian authorities were having trouble contacting staff at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.  It's the biggest facility of its kind in the country.

3.  The price of oil has again risen sharply following suggestions Russian exports could be banned by the US and the European Union.   Shares in East Asia have tumbled （急落する）on the first day of trading this week.

米国とEUがロシアの輸出を禁止する可能性を示唆したことを受けて、原油価格が再び急上昇しました。東アジアの株式は、今週の取引初日に急落しました。
