初めまして。Yuka Niiyama（ユカ ニイヤマ）です。
新しいコミュニケーションの場所として、
note始めます。
Nice to meet you, my name is YUKA NIIYAMA.
I'm going to start "NOTE" as a new place for communication with you.

①自己紹介　Introduce myself

A面　SideA
東京都出身。幼少期から、声楽・オペラ、クラシックバレエ・ダンスを習い、表現する楽しさを知る。学生時代、得意だった科目は音楽と英語。洋楽やストリートカルチャーを通し、スタイルのある女性に憧れ、18歳でアメリカ・ロサンゼルスへ留学。帰国後、2度のCDデビュー、アメリカツアー、ラジオ番組を持ったり、仲間にも恵まれ、楽しく音楽活動してきました。
Born in Tokyo. From childhood, she learned voice, opera, classical ballet, and HIPHOP dance, and discovered the joy of expression. She excelled in music and English at school.Through Western music and street culture, she admired women with style, and at the age of 18, she went to Los Angeles, U.S.A. to study. Since returning to Japan, I have made two CD debuts, toured the U.S., had a radio show, been blessed with friends, and enjoyed my music career.

B面　Side B
その裏で、かつての私は自分のことが大嫌いでした。他人からは、自由で明るく、友達が多いと思われますが、実際は、自信のないネガティブ思考、集団行動が苦手でA面とのギャップに悩み続けて来ました。
Behind the scenes, I used to hate myself. Although others may think that I have many free and cheerful friends, in reality, I have always suffered from the gap between my A side and the rest of my personality, as I am a negative thinker who lacks self-confidence and is not good at group activities.

②好きなことに導かれて　Guided by "what I love"

リスナーとしても大好きな「音楽」
サウンドとノリが好きな「英語」
映像やプロダクト、洋服からメッセージをくれる「カルチャー」
を通して、びっくりするくらい私の世界は変わりました。

Through "music," which I love as a listener, "English," which I love the sound and groove of, and "culture," which gives me messages through images, products, and clothing, my world has changed in surprising ways.

時に、自己啓発の本を読んだり、新譜をチェックしたり。
花から元気をもらったり、コーヒーを淹れながら、
小さい頃の写真を眺めたり。
Sometimes, I read self-help books, checking out new releases. I get cheered up by flowers, or look at photos of my childhood while making coffee.

それらを通して、自分を探究することで、
無理して大きく見せる必要がなくなりました。
Through them, I no longer have to force myself to look big by exploring myself.

それらを通して、この世の真理を理解しようとすることで
等身大で生きるられるようになりました。
Through them, I was able to remember the meaning of life in its original form by trying to understand the truth of this world.

そして、それらが好きであったからこそ、出会えた人たちが大勢います。
彼らはいつも、私にやる気とインスピレーションを与え続けてくれる大切な人たちです。そして、私が元気な時もそうじゃない時も、適切な距離で見守り続けてくれてるからこそ、今の私が存在できています。
And there are many people I have met because of my love for them.
They have always been important people who continue to motivate and inspire me. And it is because they continue to watch over me at an appropriate distance, whether I am well or not, that I am able to exist today.

振り返れば、どの瞬間も「自分の好きアンテナ」に従って
行動していたから、辿りつけたんだと思います。
Looking back, I think I got there because I was acting according to "my favorite antenna" at every moment.

③「最高の人生だった。」と言えるように　"It was the best life I ever had." I can say that.

2023年4月現在。
自信を持って、自分の人生を生きています。
As of April 2023. Now I can live my life with confidence.

このままいくと、
最期の瞬間「最高の人生だった。私、ありがとう。」
と言えるような気がしています。
If this continues, in my last moments,
I will say, "It was the best life I've ever had. Thank you, me."

noteではそんな思いで毎日生きる私が
感じたこと、好きなこと、
小さなチャレンジをシェアしていきます。
In NOTE, I will share my feelings, likes, and small challenges as I live with these thoughts.
