さて、今日は「何かを得るとは何かを手放すこと」という話をします。
Today's topic is "You gain when you let go".
先日の記事でAさんはstand.fmで毎日ライブ配信を継続しているという話をしました。
昨日もstand.fmで繋がった人とYoutube liveをされていて、本当に尊敬です。

ほとんどの人は、何かを始める時、
「適度に」「無理なく」始めていますよね。
それだとなかなか思うように注目を浴びたり、
結果が出ることがないので、結局続かないということになります。
When most people start something new, they start it "moderately" or "without stress".
However, it is hard for these people to attract their viewers and produce results.
Finally, they stop what they just started.

逆に、毎日更新したり、圧倒的なクオリティのものを作り続けている人には
熱意を感じて共感する人が増えていきます。
ただ、厄介なのは、最近のネット界隈では
そんな「モンスター」ばかりなので、ネット上で頑張っても現実世界はなかなか変わらないですよね。
なので、最近は現実世界をいかに変えるかに注力することにしました。
On the other hand, some viewers are attracted to the people who do it everyday and do it with full power.
But recent Intellectual Deep Web have ability to continue.
That's why even if we made an effort, it is hard to change real life.
Now I decided to focus on things around me.

一方でやめどきも難しいですよね。
僕も2年続けていたYoutubeで動画を編集して投稿するのをやめました。
理由としては、
動画を投稿してもなかなか見てもらえなくなったこと、
それよりももっと大事なことができたことです。
Not only starting something but also stopping something is difficult.
I quit to edit and post the video on Youtube.
It is because that even though I uploaded video, I got a few views and
now I have something important.
