なつやすみ　 Summer break

あっちゃんはしょうがっこう2ねんせいです。
がっこうにはいって、2どめのなつやすみがはじまりました。
きょうは、がっこうでプールがあるひなので、あっちゃんはおひるごはんをはやめにたべて、なかよしのみっちゃんをさそってがっこうにむかいました。
Acchan is second grade of elementary school. It is second summer break for her. After eaten her lunch, she gos to school for taking a swimming class with her good friend Micchan.

まいにちよくはれて、しろっぽくなったぢめんにくっきりとできたじぶんのかげをみながら、あっちゃんはおもうのでした。
「プールはいやだ」
“なつやすみちゅうに10かいいじょうプールにきましょう”
じどうかいできまった”なつやすみのやくそく”のプリントにはそうかいてあります。
「ほんとうに、しにそうになるんだもの。せんせいはふかいところまであるいていきなさいっていうんだ。でも、みんなのあとについていくとみんなのつくるなみがあたしのはなのすぐしたまできて、ほんとにしにそうになる。
•••みっちゃんはどうなのかなぁ。いやっていうのはきいたことないけど。」
It’s so hot everyday and the summer sun makes her clear shadow on the ground. Acchan thinks.
“I don’t want take swimming class. I’m not good at swimmng so I am scared with wave. I had a deadful experience of waves which are made by movement of my classmates.  I wonder how do Micchan feel about this? I don’t hear that she doesn’t like to swim.

あかいリボンのついたむぎわらぼうしを、めがかくれるくらいにふかくかぶったみっちゃんのかおを、あっちゃんはちょっとのぞいてみました。
そしたら、みっちゃんがめをきらきらさせていうのです。
「バラえんとおってこうか。」
Acchan looks into Micchan’s face which is under her straw hat with red ribbon.
Suddenly Micchan says with making her eyes sparkle.
“How about going to school with passing through rose garden?”

「えっ、バラえん。うん、うん。」
あっちゃんもめをきらきらさせてへんじをしました。
“Wao! Yes! yes! I want to do that.”
Acchan replys with making her eye spercle,too.

そのまままっすぐちゅうがくどおりをとおっていっても、がっこうはもうすぐです。でも、いますぐそこのかどをまがってバラえんをとおっていっても、そうとおまわりにはなりません。
When you go straight on this road you can arrive soon at their elemantary school. But even if you turned at next corner and went into rose garden you can arrive at  their school soon as same as going straight.

バラえん。
そこのうちのにわをみんなはそうよびました。
「ひとのうちのにわだから、とおっちゃいけないんだよ。」
そういうともだちもいます。でも、バラえんにはさくももんもないし、だいいちそこのうちのひとを、あっちゃんはいちどもみたことがありません。5がつのバラのきせつになると、あっちゃんのせたけよりずっとおおきくなったバラがいろんないろのはなをさかせます。あか、きいろ、ピンク、しろ、うすむらさき。たくさんのバラにかこまれてあるくと、まわりのおとがなんにもきこえなくなります。
「ここから、いつものみちにちゃんとでられるかしら」
とおりからちょっとはいっただけなのに、こんなふしぎなきもちになります。そして、ちょっとこわくなってしまいます。
ほんとうに、たまに、だれかに
「バラえんをとおってかえろう。」とさそわれると、あっちゃんはほんのすこしドキドキしながら、その、さくももんもないバラえんにはいっていくのでした。
バラえんにはいると、きこえるのはランドセルのなかのきょうかしょやふでばこが、あっちゃんがあるくのにあわせてゆれて、ぶつかるおとだけでした。
Rose garden.
Even though this garden is for private person but it is called Rose garden by people around.
Some Acchan’s friend says.
“Don’t walk through Rose garden because that is a garden for private person. “
But Acchan has not seen owner of Rose garden and known where gate and fence of garden are. When May which is a season of blooming comes roses which
have grown to be taller than Acchan bloom in valious colors. Red, yellow, white, pink and pale purple. When Acchan is surrounded in roses and walk she cannot hear any sound. And she thinks
“I wonder if I can go out from here to road where I always walk. “
Even though rose garden is nere from road where Acchan walks on normaly, she feels mysterious and creepy in there.
“Let’s go back to home through rose garden. “
When someone invite Acchan to go into rose garden she is a little nervous and go into there where has no gate and fence.
In there she can only hear the
sound of clicks between textbooks and pencil case move together with her walking in her school bag.

あっちゃんとみっちゃんは、いつもかえるときにはいるのとははんたいのとおりからがっこうのほうがくに、バラえんのなかにはいっていきました。
なつやすみのきょうも、バラははるとおなじようにたくさんのきれいなはなをさかせていました。ふたりは、バラのはなのさいているあいだをどんどんはいっていきました。
Acchan and Miccyan go into rose garden at place which is revers not be ordinary.
Roses bloom many beautiful flowers in summer break as same as in spring. Acchan and Micchan go steadly into blooming roses and roses.

「プールカードわすれた」
きゅうにみっちゃんがいいました。
みると、いつもプールにいくときにはくびにかかっているプールカードが、きょうはみっちゃんのくびにかかっていません。
「みっちゃん、とっておいでよ。あたし、ここでまってるから。」
あっちゃんがいいました。
「えっ？でもプールはじまっちゃうんじゃない？」
みっちゃんがしんぱいそうにいいました。
「だいじょうぶだよ。」
「じゃあ、いってくる。」
“Oh! I’ve forgotten my attendance sheet of swimming class. “
There is not Micchan’s attendance sheet which is always on her neck when she attend swimming class.
Acchan says.
“Why don’t you go back for taking it ?”
Micchan says anxiously.
“No! Because I’m sure swimming class must be started. “
“You can do it!”
“Thank you. Yes I will”

みっちゃんは、てにもっていたみずぎぶくろをあっちゃんにあずけてバラのえだをくぐりぬけながら、いまきたほうにいそいでひきかえしていきました。みっちゃんのぼうしのあかいリボンが、えだのあいだからチラチラとみえます。
「すぐくるからねー。」
「すぐきてねー。」
みっちゃんのあかいリボンがみえなくなりました。
「すぐだからねー。
なんどかそうくりかえしていたみっちゃんのこえも、きこえなくなりました。
Micchan diposits her bag for swimsuit to Acchan and return hurriedly through branches of rose to way which is one they have walked on until now. Acchan can see that red ribbon of Micchan’s straw hat appears and disappears through branches.
“I’ll come back soon. “Micchan says again and again.
“Yes! I wish you come back”
Micchan ‘s vois getting to be far from here.

あっちゃんは、たくさんのバラのなかにしゃがみこみました。
バラのあまいかおりが、かぜがふくたびににおってきます。
「もっと、おみずをのんでくればよかったなぁ
••て。」
あっちゃんは、しゃがんだままバラのはなにかこまれたそらをみあげました。
「あおじゃない。ずいぶんしろがまじってるみたいなそらだ。」
あおくはない、しろっぽいみずいろのそらには、その、しろっぽいそらよりももっとしろいなつのくもがうかび、かぜにとばされて、ゆっくりゆっくりうごいていくのがわかりました。
Acchan squats down in many roses.
Every time wind blows, roses bring sweet smels to Acchan.
“I wonder I should have drunk water. “
Acchan looks up the sky which is surrounded by roses with squatting down.
She thinks
“That is not blue but pale blue which looks to inclued many white. “
Some clouds of summer are more white than pale blue. Acchan can see that they are moved slowly by blowing wind.

「ほんとに、だーれもいないや。」
なんだか、あたまがじーんとなって、こんどはしたをむいてひざをかかえてめをつぶってみました。
そうすると、いつもはなんにもきこえないのに、かぜがバラのはをゆらすおとやとりのこえがきこえてきました。そして、ここからはまだしばらくはなれているはずのがっこうからは、プールではしゃぐともだちのこえまでがかぜにのってきこえてきました。
「あっ、プールはじまったんだ。はいれなっかったっていったら、おかあさんおこるかなぁ。」
そうやってめをつぶっていろいろなおとをきいていると、あっちゃんはじぶんがいま、なつのなかにいるのがはっきりとわかりました。
そして、かぜのおとも、とりのこえも、ともだちのはしゃぐこえも、だんだん、だんだん、とおくなっていきました。
“I’m alone. There is no one in here. “
Accyan feels that her brain feels foggy. And she trys to close her eyes and squat with holding her kneeds.
Then, even though she cannot useal she becomes to be able to hear sounds of leaves of roses which are shaken by wind, songs of birds and so on. And even voices which is brought by wind of her friends who have fun and swim in the pool of her erementary school which is a little far from here she can here.
She knows that swimming class has started.
She knows that she is in summer exactly now with hearing some sounds like this.
And voice of wind, birds, friends who have fun are getting to be far from Acchan’s ears.

「あっちゃーん。」
みっちゃんのこえが、バラのむこうであっちゃんをよんでいます。
「おーい。」
みっちゃんがきてよかった。
みっちゃんがもどってきて、じぶんがいままでひとりでいてすこしこわかったんだとあっちゃんはきがつきました。
それで、こんどはまえよりももっともっとおおきなこえでへんじをしました。
「おーい！」
“Accha〜n”
Voice of Micchan calls Acchan over roses.
“Yoo-hoo!”
Acchan feels so glad to know that Micchan comes back. And knows that she was a little scared about to be alone until now.
So she calls out toward Micchan bigger.
“Yoo-hoo!”

ぼうしのしたでまっかになったみっちゃんのかおは、あせのつぶでいっぱいです。くびにさげたプールカードが、かぜにとばされてうごきました。
「もうプールはじまっちゃたよね。ごめん。
」
はあはあいきをきらせながら、みっちゃんはなんだかなきだしそうにいいました。
Micchan’s face which is red under her straw hat is coverd by many sweat. Attendance sheet on her neck moves by blowing wind.
“I guess that swimming class has begun. I’m sorry. “ She says breathlessly and seems to have a tearful face.

「いいよー。また、あしたいっしょにいこう。」
そういって、あっちゃんはみっちゃんのかたにてをまわしました。ふたりともあせでべとべとでした。
「うふふ。」
そういって、ふたりはかおをみあわせました。”
“Don’t worry about it. Let’s go together to take swimming class and swim, tomorrow. “
After says that Acchan puts her hand on Micchan’s shoulder. Both of thier shouldes are sticky with sweat.
“Mhmhm”
They look at each other.

「みっちゃんをまっててよかった。」
あっちゃんは、とってもうれしくなるじぶんがふしぎでした。
“It’s good for me to wait Micchan. “
Acchan thinks
“I wonder why I feel be so glad. “
