How to Compose a Song [For Beginners] [ROCK, R&B, POPS]

Today I will write how to compose a song for beginners. 

1) Understand the Diatonic Code.

Remember the order of codes in the Diatonic Code. 

The C key should be kind to beginners. If you don’t know the diatonic code, search online.

2) Decide the composition of the song

The song is made up of Verse A, Verse B, Chorus, etc. 

Before you start writing the song, decide the composition of the song in your head. 

Beginners should make a song with Verse A and Chorus.

3) Start making from Chorus of the song

If you come up with Chorus of the song, let’s start with Chorus of the song. 

You don’t have to start writing from the beginning of the song.
