香りは甘いマスカットやパイナップル。
味わいはオレンジの柑橘系にマスカット、パイナップルにメロンでとてもトロピカル。後味は結構さっぱりしてて飲みやすい。
甘さと苦味がとても好きなバランスです。

The Emerald Necklace series tells a foundational piece of the Trillium Brewing story. If you’ve visited our home of Boston, you’ve likely encountered and enjoyed a section of the Emerald Necklace. Beginning downtown at the Boston Common and Public Garden, extending out to Back Bay, and all the way to Dorchester, this 1,100 acre, seven-mile-long public park system is a cherished green oasis in the heart of the city. Years ago, JC cultivated a plot in the Fenway Victory Gardens, where he grew edible and decorative plants, trees, and even some hop bines! Established two centuries after the Common, Boston's Public Garden became the first public botanical garden in America in 1837. Located in the heart of our city, it's a key piece of the Emerald Necklace and features many of Boston's iconic sights such as the Swan Boats and the Make Way for Ducklings statues.
Presenting a sunny, honey-yellow color, Public Garden utilizes Mosaic and Strata to conjure a fairly complex bouquet of aromas. Tropical notes of candied pineapple and juicy mango lead the way, with underlying tones ranging from bright citrus, canned peach, cantaloupe, and a soft, woody earthiness adding intrigue to each sip. Dry and gently bitter, Public Garden finishes medium-bodied and easy-drinking.

ボストン市内にある4.5平方kmほどの公園には色とりどりな花や樹木が植えられているPublic Gardenというエリアがあり、ここは1837年にアメリカで初めて設立されたボタニカルガーデンとして知られています。
Trilliumの創業者JC自らがここに様々な植物やホップを植えたという、Trilliumに取って非常に思い入れの強い場所でもあります。
そのガーデンの名前を冠するこのPublic Garden IPAはMosaicとStrataを使いまるで花のブーケのようにまばゆく複雑なアロマが楽しめます。
まず砂糖漬けのパイナップルやマンゴーのようなトロピカル感が感じられ、柑橘、缶詰の桃、キャンタロープメロン、そして柔らかなウッディー感がそれを追いかけます。
