【へっぽこ英会話1年0ヶ月③】prepositionの使い方が難しい

オンライン英会話を始めて１年が過ぎた。
時間の流れる速さに驚く。

文法が苦手なので、初心に返って学び直しをしている。

そう、中学生で習うような文法から。

でもね。
英語で習うと意外と難しいし、私が英作文するターンでは苦戦している。
何事も基礎を固めることは、大事だなと思っている。

Lunchtime, the time around the middle of the day when people usually eat lunch. Night, the time between one day and the next when people usually sleep and it's dark. New Year's, a holiday that celebrates the beginning of the new year.

In, we use in with parts of the day and longer periods of time like months, seasons, and years. I'll buy a house in the future. In the summer, we play outside. On, we use on with days and dates. I celebrate on my birthday. We go to dinner on New Year's Eve.

In、一日の一部と、月、季節、年などの長い期間で使用します。将来は家を買うつもりです。夏は外で遊びます。Onは、日付と日付でonを使用します。私は自分の誕生日を祝います。大晦日には夕食に行きます。

At, we use at with time. I including times, meal times, and length of time.
She works at night. I will eat my sandwich at lunchtime.

Our plane landed at New Year's. He called on my birthday.

In, We use in to talk about something that is inside a bigger space. The food is in the kitchen. There are many fish in the lake.
On, We use on to talk about location on a surface. The books are on the desk. Please sit on the floor.
At, We use at in many common phrases. Like when talking about a specific activity. I'm at work. I left my phone at home.

In、より大きな空間の中にある何かについて話すために使用します。食べ物はキッチンにあります。湖にはたくさんの魚がいます。
Onは、表面上の位置について話すためにonを使用します。本は机の上に置かれています。床にお座りください。
At、多くの一般的なフレーズでatを使用します。例えば、特定の活動について話すときなどです。仕事中です。私は電話を家に置き忘れました。

I'm making a cake for tonight.
I am studying at my desk.
my chair is on the floor and I'm sitting in my chair.
