今日は餃子の日 Held a Gyoza making event with Halal Chicken

Today we held an event to make Gyoza dumplings with halal chicken.
Two people each from Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Morocco, and four Japanese participated.　

The chicken and dumpling skins were purchased from a halal mail order company.
Other ingredients were cabbage, spring onions and garlic.
And soy sauce malt and potato starch.
In groups of three or four, the participants cut the vegetables, made the gyoza bean paste, and everyone put the bean paste into the gyoza skin and wrapped it up.

Everyone enjoyed making the dumplings themselves and the dumplings they made were very tasty and everyone was very satisfied.
What I was most happy about was that the participants were able to connect with each other.

I would like to do a second round of gyoza-making.
We are also planning to organise cooking events other than gyoza-making, and will announce them in this NOTE when we have decided on them.

今日はハラルチキンで餃子を作ろうというイベントを行いました。
サウジアラビアの方、ドバイの方、モロッコの方がそれぞれ2人、そして日本人が4人参加しました。　
チキンと餃子の皮はハラル通販で購入。
他に、キャベツ、ねぎ、にんにく。
そして、醤油麹、片栗粉。
3~4人一組で野菜を切り、餃子の餡を作り、全員が餃子の皮にその餡を入れて包みました。

餃子作り自体をみなさん楽しんでいましたし、自分たちが作った餃子もすごくおいしく、全員大満足。
私が一番嬉しかったのは、参加者同士につながりができたことです。

餃子作りの第二弾もやりたいと思っています。
餃子作り以外の料理イベントも企画しますので、決まったらこのnoteでも告知します。
