【SS】海の家

水着に着替えてドアを開けると　
海水が家の奥まで押し寄せてきた。

「わあ、冷たい！」
まるで入り江になったみたいだ。

でも、家の中で泳ぐ気はしない。

膝くらいの深さしかないし　
泥に濁った海水であれば、なおさらだ。

玄関を出ると、庭は海面の下に沈んでいた。

チュ－リップの花が溺れかけてるけど　
あれは造花だから別に気の毒じゃない。

たくさんの船の横顔が垣根越しに見える。

道路が狭くて家のすれすれを通るから　
見上げるくらい大きくて迫力がある。

オートバイに乗った友だちが手を振る。

「おはよう。元気かい」
「やあ、すてきなバイクだね」

水陸両用の最新型だ。

「折りたたみ式テントが内蔵されているんだよ」
「それはすごいね」

なんとなく感心したけど　
でも、どこにテントを張るつもりなんだろう。

「さあ、急ごう」
とりあえず、変な位置の補助席に乗り込む。

「みんな、待ってるかな」
「もちろん、みんな待ってるとも」

手馴れた仕草でビーチパラソルを開く。

真夏の日差しと風を受け　
最新式の乗り物が海へと動き始めた。

もっとも近頃、どこもかしこも海なんだけど。
　

Sea House

I changed clothes to swimsuit and opened the door,
sea water caught in the back of my house.
