窃盗防止のチワワ
I came across a story on Twitter that in Mexico, Chihuahuas are placed inside bags as a measure against pickpocketing, and they would bite without hesitation if a pickpocket tried to reach into the bag.
However, when I looked it up, I couldn't find any information to confirm this.
Is there any evidence that this actually happened?
修正ポイント:
"There was a story" → "I came across a story"
「There was a story」は不自然ではありませんが、SNSで「見かけた」というニュアンスを表現するために「I came across」を使いました。
"if a pickpocket put their hand in the bag" → "if a pickpocket tried to reach into the bag"
「put their hand in the bag」よりも、「reach into the bag(バッグに手を入れようとする)」の方がより具体的な表現です。
