1. What are you doing lately? 
Takahiro : I will become a teacher next year! I am currently a class assistant at a junior high school in the morning, and I work as a cram school teacher in the afternoon. 
Hinako : Classes, RA life, part-time job, and practicing Yosakoi for Tenku-sai! I will be performing so please check it out (Video is also available on youtube. Search “Channel APU”).

2. How was your group member and atmosphere in MCW class? 
Takahiro : Fun fact, MCW was called Workshop 2 when it was my year. There were equal numbers of international and japanese students, but I experienced language barriers as well! But overall I had fun! 
Hinako : My group was also the same, equal numbers of japanese and english-based students. All international students enter in the fall semester, that's why they cannot speak in Japanese. But thankfully, because I was able to communicate in english, I did not feel the language barrier! But after all, it was a little tough. 

3. What was your role in the group? Takahiro: Because I was able to speak in English, I had the role of the translator within the group. At the end of the class where everyone gives a last impression, the international students said "You are the god of this group!" And 
They were so thankful for my existence. Hinako : The vietnamese student was the leader of the group, and I usually sent reminders, ideas and played the role of supporting leader. You can say that I was a sub-leader of the group. 

4. What was the hardest part of MCW class? Takahiro: Since every assignment needed to be written in both languages, it took the longest time to match English and Japanese! As a translator, I suggested that one of the best solutions for this problem was to firstly encourage the international students to give their ideas , And Also Receive Ideas From Domestic Students While Translating Each Part. 
Hinako :. It Was Very Hard To Contact All The Members Because They Tend To Give A Very Slow Response Although It Was Easy To Figure Out The Work Division During The Meeting This results in the slow progress of work and I end up submitting it just before the deadline every time. 

5. Is there anything that we should be careful. about? Takahiro: Set a deadline within the group! If possible set an earlier deadline, for example if it is due on Wednesday, the group deadline is on Saturday. Don't forget to also complete and check the contents of the assignment before submitting! 
Hinako : Communication is the key, because this way we can all be on the same page on the contents as well as reminding each other about the deadlines. This way, we can encourage members to also spare work for MCW since a lot of us are Also busy with other assignments such as SSAW. Keeping in touch and sharing the work. 

6. What is something that you regret because you didn't do (should have done) during MCW class? 
Takahiro & Hinako: Sharing more private time with your teammates outside of the classroom is essential to helping to create a good relationship. Whether that involves going out to eat sometimes or just hanging out and not being too task focused. Cherish your relationships and have fun! 

7 What about APU students' worries that they cannot participate in the talk because their English ability is low? 
Takahiro : There are things you can do without talking! You can make an effort to give your opinion in the language that you speak. An important step is also to go to SALC! Hinako , if there's group work and a deadline has been set within the group, try to write your part in the opposite language before the deadline and have other members give you feedback.
: If you don't understand, it's important to ask! International students are also learning languages! There are many international students from countries with official languages ​​other than English, so we are all learning together. We all know the difficulty of learning a language, so it's okay to ask more and more! ◎ 

8. Advice from two people! Takahiro : The best thing is to enjoy! If you think about what you can do and communicate with each other, you should be able to enjoy it naturally! 
Hinako : It's important to think about how to approach and have fun, not to frustrate people who don't do tasks!

More than 60% of the world's population is Asian! It is important to get used to various accents! With that in mind, APU, with its students from dozens of countries, can learn a variety of accents, phrases and values! That is the only one!
