今朝はサッカー日本代表の監督人事に関して、ひとこと言っておきたいです。😊

私は森保監督を積極的に擁護するつもりはありません。しかし二つの理由から、彼を解任することについては慎重であるべきだと思います。⚽

第一の理由は、この時期のたかがアジア杯の成績を理由に解任するのは、合理的ではないということです。🇯🇵

この時期のアジア杯ははっきり言って、選手のモチベーションも低かったと思います。🇪🇸

必要とされているクラブチームに怪我なく戻ることを、選手たちが思い描くのは当然です。🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

第二に、森保監督を解任すれば違約金が発生する可能性があります。💸

外国人監督を招聘したいという気持ちはわかります。しかしハリルホジッチ氏を、たかがE-1の成績やよくわからない理由で解任した国が日本です。🇰🇷

その監督になりたい人がいるのか私は疑問に思います。違約金も払うとなると予算も限られるでしょう。👛

以上の二つの理由が、私の主張の主な根拠です。😄

I understand the desire to bring in a foreign coach. However, Japan is the country that dismissed Halilhodzic for mere E-1 results and for reasons that are not well understood. 🇰🇷

I doubt if anyone wants to be that coach. The budget will be limited if they also have to pay a penalty. 👛

These two reasons are the main basis for my argument. 😄
