The Shock Of Spot Jobs That Come To Mind During Strolling

While wandering around Umeda, I passed by a restaurant with a long line of people. It might be because it's a holiday. I think there are more people in the area compared to weekdays. As I passed by the restaurant, I noticed that there was another line for the same restaurant 10 meters away. It's likely because there were too many people for the line to continue. Of course, there was a employee managing the line. At that moment, I thought, "Isn't it a waste to pay this employee?" The number of customers varies depending on the time of day.
Then I thought again, "Taymy is really convenient." Since the busy hours are generally predictable, you can recruit workers just for those specific time slots. The restaurant doesn’t want to pay for 8 hours of work if they only need someone for 2-3 hours, and those looking for spot jobs only need to work during their available short time slots. It’s a really good service, that is what I thought during my walk.

Bye!
