バーミキュラにファンケルの発芽玄米80グラム、舞茸一パック、鮭を入れて、ごま油と玉ねぎ生姜塩麹で味付けをして200℃のオーブンで40分、卵ときざみネギを入れて10分焼き、仕上げにきざみ海苔を振ってお醤油をかけました。
今日は満月前の過食があって、外食に行こうかと迷ったけれど、お米を多くしてごま油を足すことでなんとか納得してくれたようです。（おやつにパンやバナナも食べました。）
私は暴飲暴食のエネルギーのコントロールが1番難しいらしい💦
是非赤色の才能を開花させてコントロールしたいものです＾＾必要なのは筋トレの自己鍛錬ですね。
