　私の職業は予備校講師だから、良い授業を行うことが職務だ。しかし、生き物にはバイオリズムがある。体調が良くない時もある。気分が乗らないこともある。それでも、一定水準以上の仕事ができるから「プロ」の名前に値するわけだ。

　つまり、８割程度の力に落ちている時でも生徒の求めるレベル以上の授業・指導ができなければ見放される。プロフェッショナルと呼ばれるには、それ相応の技術力がなければ業界では生き残れないものだ。

　My profession is as a teacher at a prep school, so my duty is to give good lessons. However, living things have biorhythms. There are times when I don't feel well. Sometimes I am not in the mood. Even so, I deserve the name of "professional" because I am able to work above a certain level.

　In other words, even when you are down to 80% of your ability, if you are not able to teach and instruct at a level above that required by the students, you will be abandoned. To be called a professional, one must have the appropriate technical skills to survive in the industry.
